Private User

Use Private when coverage is unavailable or does not apply (for example, the selected specialty, location, or visit type isn’t covered, or the visit limit is reached). In your client, set the selection to Private, then show doctors, availability, and cash prices. The user selects a doctor, visit type, and location, reviews details, and confirms the appointment. You collect payment out of pocket. After the visit, instruct the user to file a claim with the insurer; reimbursement occurs outside your app. This aligns with AWS developer-doc style: direct, second person, task-focused language.
